Hands Of Creation

This multimedia sculpture represents the preciousness and fragility of relationships. Friends, lovers, and family members are not exempt from the effort it takes to maintain a relationship. The wood cradled at the tips of the fingers is raw and unfinished; there are various indents and scratches littered across the surface, marking perhaps a turbulent or even painful journey, synchronously expressing elements of vulnerability, teamwork, and unique beauty.
